Our aim is to deliver the facts about race training, in order to improve your performance both on the track and in the gym.

Olympic Fitness Coach is a trusted sport science educational resource aimed at delivering up-to-date empricial research and coaching practices with a specific focus on running, both track events and longer road and cross country. Following guidelines and having received approval from professional bodies such as British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) and United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) you can be assured the information on this site is of an excellent calibre.

There will be regular blogs on a variety of general topics such as considerations for training different events, as well as SMART training principles, as well as articles on the sport science concerning different components of track and outdoor running, and strength and conditioning work.
